Is there a list of training sessions?
To help things run smoothly we provide a training dashboard called 'Final Surge' which contains weekly & monthly training dates/times and venues for planned sessions, it also suggests when and how to do the longer easy runs where small groups tend to meet up at times to suit them and their location.
Where do you meet up?
We meet up on Tuesday's 6.15pm, Thursday's 6.15pm and Saturdays 9am. For our sessions during the summer months meet on Tuesday and Saturday at the MMKAC track at Stantonbury where we have either road or track sessions, on Thursday we meet at various venues based on the session but these are all detailed on Final Surge.
What happens if I can’t keep up?
We have groups of varying abilities and there is a Beginner group to start you off on your running adventure.
Is there a bag drop?
During supervised coaching sessions there will be somewhere to leave your belongings, unsupervised long/steady/easy runs will be down to you and the group you choose to run with to organise this.
